Bob

Owner/Director, Yoga Instructor & Massage Therapist

A practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Eddie Stern, Bob’s classes are both strengthening and lengthening, taking cues from the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya through K. Pattabhi Jois. As a massage therapist, Bob practices an integrated form of Chinese tuina bodywork under the tutelage of Errol Lynch, along with deep tissue and myofascial release. Bob is a prolific writer on body-centered spirituality. He is a founding member of The Babarazzi; was the Managing Editor of internationally acclaimed journal of religious studies, Parabola; and was a founding member of the elusive post-art-punk band SPRCSS. Bob received his MFA in Writing & Poetics from Naropa University’s “Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics” in 2002, and is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

Erynn

Tarot Card Reader

The Tarot is a tool often used to suggest the future, but for those who are looking to settle deeper into the present, the symbols and narratives in the cards can prove to be an invaluable guide. Erynn has been reading the Tarot for others for the past five years, using the guidance of Rachel Pollack in addition to Erynn’s own training as a Clinical Social Worker and experience as a psychotherapist. Erynn’s reading will always look for the strengths you are bringing to your journey, while also challenging you to look at what is not serving you. A session with Erynn can include a traditional Celtic Cross reading, or a series of three card sets pulled to provide insight into specific questions. Readings are available as a one time event or as a recurring practice.
